IIMDA Spring 2014 Conference

At the beginning of this year, I talked about investing time and money into the personal development and training of our staff. Our goal is to continually improve the customer experience and strengthen our position as your "go to" source for all things document management. Well, this week it's my turn.

I'm excited to be attending the 2014 IIMDA Spring Conference in Santa Fe. IIMDA (Independent Information Management Dealers Association) is the document management industry’s "think tank" and this week the brightest minds will be focused on three key areas:

• What innovative solutions are being successfully deployed to address our clients’ key business challenges?
• What does the future of our industry look like? What challenges and solutions will our clients be looking for in the next 3-5 years and how can we help them address those needs?
• Building a stronger business. We look at the relationships we have with clients as business partnerships, and partnerships are the most successful when both parties are strong. So how do we constantly strive to improve MES Hybrid Document Systems and increase the value to our clients?

The IIMDA mantra is to “Solve complex problems and to predict/plan future developments in the area of document management and business process.” I consider ourselves extremely lucky to be included in an organization that is as forward thinking as MES Hybrid Document Systems.
